We are looking forward to beeing at the 8th Smart City Vienna Stakeholderforum. The keynotes about IKT in the Smart City Vienna, will be innovative project presentations of economy and administration as well as a panel discussion about Vienna as an IT location. The topic of this year’s stakeholderforum is “Information and communications technology in Vienna”.

Human centred, innovative, softwarebased products, solutions and approaches, developed from a user’s/citizen’s point of view, offer what kind of chances to the city of Vienna? By integrating human centred solutions (from usability to user experience and further than user interface design), it is possible to explaine IT software to people who don’t know anything about IT, but it also possible to understand what users/buyers and even citizens want and what they “think”.
