USECON supports the UniCredit Bank Austria AG with the User Experience Design Relaunch of the Bank Austria customer forum.
Since 2012, there is the possibility to give feedback on an online platform in the Bank Austria customer forum and following to directly participate at the design of the future bank. The Bank Austria includes its customers already from the very beginning of the service- and product development and is therefore able to learn from the customers’ expertise as active market participants.
USECON supports the Bank Austria with the relaunch of the new customer forum through a user-centered process in the User Experience Design: Firstly, goals and expectations of the Bank Austria Team have been jointly defined during a Workshop with USECON. Afterwards, the resulting visual drafts have been checked concerning Usability & User Experience by an expert.
As already over 3,200 customers have been signed up on the portal, it has been highly important to design significant processes and interactions in well-known form and with special attention to the usability. Furthermore, USECON has been responsible for the technical realization of the customer forum (HTML/CSS) and integrated the new Front End into the Questback Community Software. Afterwards, the employees who are responsible for the system’s maintenance, have been trained by USECON. Within a short space of time, we could realize the set targets of Bank Austria.
